The presentation, Demonstrating the Impact of the Successful Claims Management Program, will look beyond the traditional aspects of claims management to address how to best demonstrate the outcomes: dramatic cost savings, reduction in severity/litigation, earlier reporting and ultimately, actuarial recognition of the need for lesser reserve/payment/IBNR funding.
