WLI is pleased to announce that it has been retained to manage claims for The Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association of Rhode Island ("MMJUARI"). WLI secured this appointment after the MMJUARI issued a national request for proposal for a servicing carrier. WLI’s appointment is in conjunction with the MMJUARI’s selection of Beecher Carlson as its servicing carrier. The MMJUARI, based in Providence, RI, has been in existence since 1975 and provides professional and general liability coverage for healthcare providers throughout the state of Rhode Island. WLI will begin managing the MMJUARI’s claims on January 1, 2007.
