Jeff graduated from West Virginia University in 1979 with the top academic record in the College of Agriculture and Forestry and from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1982. He has practiced law in Portland, Oregon for over twenty years, the last nine with Keating Jones Bildstein & Hughes, P.C. He has specialized in the defense of healthcare providers in malpractice litigation, representing physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems throughout the state of Oregon and southwest Washington. He has also represented hospitals in peer review and credentialing matters, and physicians and other healthcare providers before licensing boards in Oregon and Washington. Jeff comes to Western Litigation, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President. His current position is with Legacy Health System, managing its professional and general liability claims.
