Tamara received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas in 1988 after graduating magna cum laude with Bachelor's degrees in English and psychology from Southern Methodist University. She completed over 200 hours of training in mediation and began service as a mediator in 1992 while still practicing law with Munisteri, Sprott, LeFevre & Rigby, P.C. Tamara's experience includes personal injury, products liability, and professional liability, with an emphasis in medical malpractice. In 1997, Tamara left private practice and joined Western Litigation, Inc. as its Assistant Vice President. She became one of three Executive Vice Presidents in 2003 responsible for the management of WLI, while still handling claims. In 2006, Tamara was promoted to the newly created position of Chief Legal Officer, focusing on quality assurance and educational development of WLI's professional staff.
