Rob graduated cum laude from Lawrence University in 1981 and received his Juris Doctorate with Honors from The George Washington University in 1984. Rob was engaged in private legal practice in Chicago for eight years, where he specialized in the defense of physicians and hospitals in professional negligence matters and in the defense of insurers in insurance coverage disputes.

Rob formed WLI in 1994 and has continually served as President and CEO of the company. Rob is frequently a presenter at healthcare and insurance industry conferences.
